Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Residential, Commercial Buildings & Factories (RCF) business vertical has secured multiple orders from a prestigious client for the construction of residential and commercial developments across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
In Mumbai, the company will construct nine high-rise residential towers, each comprising one basement and 50 floors. The Bengaluru project involves the construction of nine residential towers, each with three basements and 25 floors.
The order for Hyderabad covers a premium commercial tower comprising five basements and 22 floors. In addition to these new projects, L&T’s RCF business has also secured add-on orders for some of its ongoing projects.
The company’s RCF vertical undertakes EPC projects across residential and commercial buildings, semiconductor facilities and industrial establishments, including automobile plants, proving grounds and other complex factory structures. The latest orders add to its portfolio of building and industrial construction projects across major Indian cities.
L&T classifies orders valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore as significant. However, the company has not disclosed the individual or combined contract value of these latest orders.
