State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has awarded construction contracts worth ₹955.13 crore during the first quarter of FY 2026–27 (April–June 2026), reflecting the company’s continued execution momentum across multiple infrastructure and real estate projects. The contracts span residential, commercial, institutional, and public infrastructure developments across the country.

The company stated that the contracts were awarded in the normal course of business as part of its ongoing project execution programme. The latest work awards are expected to accelerate construction activities across various flagship developments being undertaken by NBCC while strengthening its execution pipeline for the current financial year.

In a separate development, NBCC has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the redevelopment of the Andhra Pradesh Bhawan in New Delhi. The project will be executed under a self-sustainable redevelopment model, with NBCC serving as the Project Management Consultant (PMC).

The fresh work awards reinforce NBCC’s strong order execution capabilities and come on the back of a robust order book. The company continues to play a key role in delivering government-led infrastructure, housing, institutional, and urban redevelopment projects, supporting India’s expanding construction and infrastructure sector.
