Escorts Kubota Limited (EKL) has announced a price increase across its Kubota, Farmtrac and Powertrac tractor ranges, with revised prices scheduled to take effect in November 2026 after the festive season. The revision comes amid sustained increases in raw material, energy, logistics and manufacturing costs, adding to the company’s operating expenses.

The company attributed the rising cost pressures to inflationary trends and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. It stated that the price adjustment would vary across models, variants and geographical regions within its three tractor brands. Customers will be able to access the revised prices through authorised dealerships.

Over the past several months, Escorts Kubota has undertaken cost optimisation measures and operational efficiency initiatives to manage the impact of rising input costs. The company has also absorbed a substantial portion of the additional expenses to limit the burden on customers. However, continued elevation in input costs has made a price revision necessary to partially offset higher manufacturing and operating expenses.

Manish Sharma, President, Agri Business, Escorts Kubota Limited, said the company had made efforts to minimise the impact of rising input costs on customers. He added that the calibrated revision would help the company sustain its focus on product quality, innovation and customer value while continuing to offer technology-led solutions through its Farmtrac, Powertrac and Kubota brands.

The price revision will cover the company’s entire tractor portfolio across these brands. Escorts Kubota has continued to expand its product range through offerings such as the Farmtrac PROMAXX series, Powertrac Shaurya series, the expanded Digitrac range, and Kubota’s NeoStar and MU series. The company is also working on expanding its dealer network to strengthen market reach and customer access.
