Shayona Engineering Ltd. has received a domestic purchase order worth ₹99.35 lakh for the supply of engineering components, according to a regulatory disclosure made by the company. The order has been awarded by a domestic customer and will be executed in line with the specifications agreed between the two parties.
The company said the contract is valued at ₹99,34,655 and has been placed on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Payment for the supplies will be made within 45 days from the date of invoice, in accordance with the terms of the purchase order.
Shayona Engineering clarified that the order has been received from a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction. The promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, the company added in its filing.
The order forms part of Shayona Engineering’s regular business operations and has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
