According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order is to be executed within the stipulated timeline agreed with the customer. While the name of the client has not been disclosed, the contract pertains to the manufacture and supply of engineering components for domestic use.
The company informed the stock exchanges that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not constitute a related-party transaction. It also clarified that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the awarding customer.
