In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the construction and infrastructure sector, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced a distribution partnership with Germany-based equipment manufacturer Kemroc. The collaboration aims to introduce and distribute Kemroc’s advanced range of attachments across the Indian market.
Under the agreement, L&T will be responsible for marketing and distributing Kemroc’s specialized products, including the EK series of chain cutters, drum cutters, cutter wheels, trenchers, pile cutters, and augers. These tools are designed to enhance productivity in applications such as trenching, tunneling, foundation work, and rock excavation.
Kemroc, established in 2012, is recognized for its innovation in high-performance attachments tailored for the construction and mining industries. With this alliance, L&T expands its existing range of hydraulic attachments that already includes rock breakers, crusher buckets, demolition tools, quick couplers, and foundation equipment, sourced through global tie-ups.
The partnership is expected to boost the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies in India, aligning with the country’s focus on infrastructure development and mechanization.
