Grovy India Limited announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY27. The company’s net profit jumped 74% YoY to Rs 1.9 crore in Q1 FY27. The total revenue during this period also saw a substantial jump of 233% YoY at Rs 27.58 crore. The South Delhi headquartered company recorded 114% jump in net profit and 249% jump in total revenue on QoQ basis. The robust numbers reflect strong project execution, improved profitability and disciplined capital allocation.

“Further, with our running inventory in hand and our strategic collaboration with Golden Growth Fund, we believe the Company is well positioned to achieve 2-3x increase in project development over the next few years.”

The company is currently executing 10 residential projects spanning 1.83 lakh sq. ft. across prime South Delhi markets which are expected to be delivered between Q3 FY27 and Q3 FY28. Grovy India during the quarter also acquired three new premium residential projects spanning approximately 50,000 sq. ft. in South Delhi.

The company said it aims to scale execution towards 20–25 projects annually over the next three years, subject to market conditions and project availability. Over the next 3 years, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, the company aims to list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to enhance liquidity, broaden the investor base, and strengthen market visibility and institutional reach.
