Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Ten X Realty East Limited, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty Limited, for a contract valued at approximately ₹589 crore, excluding GST.
The order pertains to the execution of Civil Core & Shell Works for the project “The Address by GS – Wadala”, located at Salt Pan Division, Shastri Nagar, Wadala, Sion (East), Mumbai – 400022.
The latest award further strengthens Capacit’e Infraprojects’ presence in the residential real estate construction segment and adds to its growing order book in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
