Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at approximately ₹741 crore, excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited. The order, worth ₹741 crore (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty-One Crore Only), further strengthens Capacit’e Infraprojects’ portfolio of projects with leading real estate developers in India.
The LOI has been awarded for the execution of Core and Shell works for two major residential developments of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited in Mumbai, Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi.
The latest order marks an important addition to Capacit’e Infraprojects’ project portfolio and establishes its association with Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, a prominent name in India’s real estate sector. The projects will involve the execution of core and shell construction works, reflecting the company’s continued focus on undertaking large-scale and technically demanding construction assignments.
