Perceptive Ideas Consulting Engineers has completed the structural design of Vanijya Bhawan, the office complex of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, located in New Delhi.
The project involved designing the structural framework for the modern government office building, which has been developed to accommodate key administrative offices of the ministry along with meeting and conference facilities. The design incorporates advanced structural engineering solutions to support the architectural concept while ensuring durability, safety and long-term operational efficiency.
Vanijya Bhawan has been planned as a contemporary institutional building integrating modern construction practices with the architectural character of the Lutyens’ Delhi precinct. The structure has been engineered to support large office spaces, conference halls and collaborative working areas required for ministerial operations.
The engineering scope executed by Perceptive Ideas included the complete structural design of the building, foundation systems and load-bearing framework, ensuring that the facility meets modern standards of safety, sustainability and performance.
