Allcargo Global Limited has announced the elevation of Vaishnav Shetty as Deputy Managing Director, effective immediately. He has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of Allcargo Global Limited. The company represents the largest business vertical of the Allcargo Group, contributing nearly 80 percent of the Group’s annual revenue.
In his new role, Vaishnav Shetty will work closely with Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director of Allcargo Global Limited. His appointment reflects the Group’s structured and long-term approach to leadership succession, with a clear focus on building a digitally driven and future-ready organisation.
The elevation has received approval from the Board of Directors and comes at a significant phase of Allcargo Group’s ongoing corporate restructuring. Under this strategic reorganisation, the Group’s operations are being streamlined into four independent and focused entities. As part of this exercise, the International Supply Chain business has been demerged into Allcargo Global Limited, which is proposed to be listed separately to enable sharper strategic focus and enhanced operational agility.
Commenting on the leadership transition, Shashi Kiran Shetty, Founder and Chairman of Allcargo Group, said that the appointment strengthens the Group’s leadership framework aimed at driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation in a highly competitive global logistics environment. He highlighted Vaishnav’s contribution to digital transformation and business leadership, noting that the progression reflects the Group’s commitment to nurturing leadership from within while ensuring continuity and long-term value creation.
Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director, Allcargo Global Limited, said that Vaishnav represents the next generation of leadership at the Group and is well positioned to contribute to the company’s next phase of growth. He added that Vaishnav’s innovation-led and technology-focused approach would play a key role in advancing Allcargo Global’s ambition to strengthen its position in the global logistics ecosystem.

An alumnus of Emory University, USA, Vaishnav Shetty joined the Allcargo Group in 2017 and has since led multiple strategic portfolios across the organisation. He has played a key role in driving the Group’s digital transformation, including the adoption of data-led technologies and AI-enabled processes. As Chief Digital Officer of Allcargo Logistics Limited, he spearheaded the Group’s digital and innovation initiatives, leading to the launch of several industry-first digital solutions aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
In his previous role as Executive Director – North Asia, Vaishnav led various strategic initiatives to strengthen Allcargo Global’s presence and market position in the region. One of the major milestones in his journey has been his contribution to the development of ECU360, a digital freight platform that has set new benchmarks for usability, transparency, and global adoption, reinforcing the Group’s leadership in international consolidation and supply chain solutions.
