PVV Infra Wins ₹2.49 Crore NHLML Contract for Highway Amenities

PVV Infra Ltd. has secured a ₹2.49 crore contract from National Highways Logistics Management Ltd. (NHLML), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), for the development, operation and maintenance of wayside amenities (WSAs) on two key national highway corridors in Madhya Pradesh. The award has been made under the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model.

The project covers WSA facilities on the NH-44 Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor and the NH-752D Ujjain–Garoth Corridor. Under the contract, PVV Infra will be responsible for designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the amenities, which are intended to enhance roadside infrastructure and improve services for highway users.

The company received separate Letters of Award (LoAs) for the two locations and is required to furnish the prescribed development performance security before commencing execution. The projects form part of NHLML’s broader initiative to establish modern wayside amenities across the national highway network, offering facilities such as rest areas, fuel stations, food courts, parking, EV charging infrastructure and other traveller services.

The latest award marks another addition to PVV Infra’s expanding highway infrastructure portfolio and aligns with the government’s efforts to improve the quality of roadside facilities along major transport corridors. According to the company’s exchange filing, the contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity and does not involve any related-party transaction.
