Welspun Corp’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Welspun Tubular LLC, has secured a pipe supply order worth approximately $412.5 million, or around ₹4,000 crore, marking the largest order in the subsidiary’s history in terms of volume, length and value.
The order is for High-Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) pipes and will be executed during FY28 and FY29. The pipes will be manufactured at Welspun Corp’s newly upgraded HFIW mill at Little Rock, Arkansas, which has enhanced manufacturing capabilities.
The latest contract has pushed Welspun Corp’s global order book to a record $4.7 billion, equivalent to approximately ₹45,000 crore. The order book is the highest in the company’s history.
The pipes supplied under the contract are used in applications including oil and gas and water pipeline infrastructure. The company did not disclose the customer, pipe volumes or the revenue-recognition schedule for the order.
The new order follows Welspun Corp’s largest-ever single order of approximately $1.8 billion secured in August 2026 for pipe supplies from its US manufacturing facility. That contract is also scheduled for execution during FY28 and FY29.
The latest order adds to the company’s growing pipeline of work from its US operations, where the upgraded Little Rock facility is being used to support higher manufacturing capacity and meet demand for large pipe infrastructure projects.
Welspun Corp said the order reflects the scale, quality and execution capabilities of its operations and reinforces its strategy of expanding global manufacturing capacity and strengthening relationships with international clients.
The company’s global order book now provides a substantial pipeline extending through FY29, with the latest contract adding further work to be executed from its US manufacturing operations over the next two financial years.
