TK Elevator has partnered with Make A Difference (MAD) to support underprivileged children and youth through structured education, mentorship and life skills development programmes, reinforcing its commitment to community empowerment and social responsibility.
Over the past year, the initiative has positively impacted 289 children and young adults residing in shelter homes and orphanages across seven Indian cities. Of these, 255 children received foundational academic guidance and transition readiness support, while 34 young adults were provided aftercare assistance to help them navigate life beyond institutional care.
The programme spans Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Goa and Bengaluru, focusing on academic improvement, emotional resilience, life skills training and confidence building. By addressing both educational and personal development needs, the initiative aims to ensure smoother transitions into higher education, employment and independent living.
“At TK Elevator, we are deeply committed to the local markets and communities we serve across India. Progress, for us, is about uplifting young lives, nurturing futures and creating meaningful change that strengthens society as a whole,” said Manish Mehan, CEO and Managing Director, TK Elevator India.
Delivered in partnership with Make A Difference (MAD), a leading non-governmental organisation working with children in shelter homes, the initiative is designed to provide structured mentorship, consistent educational support and long-term developmental guidance.
The programme reflects TK Elevator’s broader philosophy that sustainable growth extends beyond infrastructure and technology to investing in people and communities. By fostering resilience, aspiration and self-belief among vulnerable youth, the company aims to contribute toward building stronger, future-ready communities across India.
