PVV Infra Wins Two NHLML Highway Wayside Amenities Projects in Madhya Pradesh

PVV Infra Ltd. has secured two Wayside Amenities (WSA) projects from National Highways Logistics Management Ltd. (NHLML), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), for the development, operation and maintenance of traveller facilities on key national highway corridors in Madhya Pradesh. The projects have been awarded under the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model and carry a combined annual lease rent of ₹2.49 crore.

The first project is located on the NH-44 Gwalior–Jhansi corridor near Dabra, with an annual lease rent of ₹73.40 lakh, while the second is situated on the NH-752D Ujjain–Garoth corridor near Dhanodiya, carrying an annual lease rent of ₹1.76 crore. Under the agreement, PVV Infra will develop modern roadside amenities and manage their operations throughout the concession period.

The NH-752D site is expected to witness significant traffic growth in the coming years owing to its proximity to Ujjain, which is preparing to host the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela in 2028. NHLML’s wayside amenities programme aims to create integrated traveller service hubs equipped with facilities such as food courts, fuel stations, parking areas, rest zones, EV charging infrastructure and other passenger conveniences along India’s expanding national highway network.

In addition to the confirmed awards, PVV Infra has also technically qualified for four more NHLML wayside amenities projects on the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway and the Delhi–Dehradun corridor, with the financial bid process currently underway. The latest contracts strengthen the company’s presence in the highway infrastructure segment and support its strategy of building long-term infrastructure assets capable of generating recurring revenue.
