NBCC (India) Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a rapidly expanding UAE-based real estate developer, to foster deeper collaboration in infrastructure development between India and the United Arab Emirates.
Pantheon Elysee, which has an active development portfolio worth AED 3 billion in residential and mixed-use projects across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, will take the lead on project ideation, financing, and market development. Under the agreement, NBCC will contribute its extensive expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) to ensure sustainable design, quality execution, and on-time delivery of projects.
The strategic alliance will focus on large-scale residential, hospitality, and community infrastructure ventures across the UAE, leveraging both partners’ strengths in real estate innovation and project execution excellence.
This collaboration represents a significant step in expanding India’s global infrastructure presence, while reinforcing the long-standing economic partnership between India and the UAE. It also aligns with the shared vision of both nations to promote cross-border investment, sustainable urban development, and new opportunities in the international construction and real estate sectors.
