NBCC India Ltd has secured a major project management consultancy (PMC) contract valued at around ₹2,966.10 crore for the development of Naveen Nagpur under Phase-1 of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA). The state-owned construction and project management firm confirmed that the work order aligns with its regular line of business and will involve end-to-end PMC services for the large-scale regional programme.
Under the assignment, NBCC will oversee planning, coordination, and execution support for the development of the Naveen Nagpur area, an important component of NMRDA’s long-term vision to promote structured urban expansion, modern infrastructure, and improved connectivity across the Nagpur Metropolitan Region. The project is expected to contribute significantly to shaping the region’s future growth and enhancing public amenities through systematic urban development.
