Mr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy, CEO, Dongyue engineering and Fabricator
Dongyue Machinery Group proudly announces that Mr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy, India Director and Managing Partner of Dongyue Engineering & Fabricators, delivered a landmark technical presentation at the 44th China Aerated Concrete Conference (CACC)—the world’s largest and most respected AAC industry event.
Held at the prestigious Hangzhou International Expo Center, the conference gathered leading global experts, researchers, policy-makers, and manufacturers to explore emerging technologies and sustainability solutions for the AAC and ALC
sector.
Mr. Reddy presented the topic:
“Chemical and Energy Performance Comparison of AAC Production in India and China”
based on a comprehensive analysis of AAC chemistry, autoclave performance, energy consumption, and evolving industrial practices across both markets.
His presentation highlighted:
- Comparative chemistry of fly ash–cement based AAC (India) vs. sand–lime AAC (China)
- Impact of binder selection on steam consumption and energy demand
- China’s post-2010 transformation in AAC optimisation and low-carbon technologies
- Advanced autoclave engineering, automation, and steam recycling practices
- 15–20% energy efficiency gains achieved through smart heat recovery and 3R principles
- Dongyue’s in-house autoclave division, the only fully integrated AAC autoclave manufacturing capability in the world
Drawing from Dongyue’s extensive technical experience and real-time operational data, Mr. Reddy explained how China’s innovations in process optimisation, digital automation, waste reuse, and thermal management have dramatically reduced energy intensity and improved production quality.
He also emphasised Dongyue’s long-term commitment to the Indian market through:
