Manitou Group showcased a new range of compact loaders along with the MRT 4070 rotating telehandler at CONEXPO 2026, highlighting its focus on productivity, operator comfort, and advanced job-site performance. The new machines reinforce the company’s strategy to expand its product portfolio for construction, industrial, and rental markets.
The newly introduced MRT 4070 rotating telehandler is the tallest model in the company’s VISION+ range. It offers a lifting height of 40 metres, a maximum load capacity of 7 tonnes, and a horizontal outreach of up to 27 metres, enabling operators to perform lifting and placement tasks at significant heights and distances. The machine is powered by a 211-hp engine combined with a CVT transmission, ensuring strong performance and smoother operation across demanding applications.
Designed for versatility on construction sites, the MRT 4070 can be used for industrial structure construction, masonry work, maintenance and renovation projects, roofing tasks, and timber or steel frame installations. Its design also allows operators to work efficiently in confined areas while maintaining stability and reach.
The machine incorporates several operator-focused features such as Easy Step cabin access for safer entry and exit, improved maneuverability, and remote-control functionality, allowing operators to manage lifting operations more efficiently from a distance when required. These features help reduce setup time and enhance productivity on complex job sites.
Alongside the telehandler, Manitou also presented new compact loaders aimed at improving performance in earthmoving, material handling, and construction applications. The loaders are designed to deliver enhanced safety, simplified maintenance, improved operator comfort, and better productivity, supporting contractors working in demanding environments.
