Knauf India Expands Khushkhera Plant, Doubles Production Capacity to Meet Rising Demand

Knauf India, a global leader in drywall and ceiling solutions, has unveiled a new Metal Line at its Khushkhera facility in Rajasthan, effectively doubling the plant’s production capacity. This expansion reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its manufacturing presence in India and catering to the growing demand for advanced construction materials.
To mark this milestone, Knauf hosted a Dealer Engagement Day at the Khushkhera plant, welcoming dealers, partners, and employees from across the country. The event combined technical demonstrations with interactive sessions, highlighting the company’s focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Guests were first guided through the plant on a tour showcasing the newly installed Metal Line. The tour emphasized Knauf’s strict adherence to safety protocols and operational excellence, allowing attendees to witness the advanced manufacturing processes in action.

The newly inaugurated Metal Line introduces state-of-the-art production technology aimed at doubling output while ensuring superior product quality. It features innovations such as sensor-based inspections, precision roll tooling, and real-time quality monitoring, reducing material waste and minimizing assembly errors. This investment underscores Knauf’s ongoing focus on innovation, sustainability, and product excellence.
