Kalpataru Limited has announced the signing of a major redevelopment project at Shree Mahalakshmi CHS in Andheri West, further strengthening its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The project is located off Veera Desai Road, one of the prime residential corridors in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
Spread across approximately 3 acres of land, the redevelopment project is expected to deliver around 0.4 million sq ft of carpet area with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of nearly ₹1,400 crore.
Situated in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s most established residential and commercial micro-markets, the project is expected to benefit from strong connectivity and a well-developed urban ecosystem. The surrounding area offers access to leading schools and colleges, major healthcare facilities, retail centres, entertainment zones and key business districts.
The development will be a fully residential project, featuring thoughtfully designed homes that focus on modern living standards, sustainability and contemporary amenities. The project aims to cater to evolving urban lifestyle needs while offering improved connectivity and access to essential infrastructure.
