Gainwell Trucking Private Limited (GTPL) has recorded significant growth over the past six months, deploying a record number of machines across key industrial and mining regions. The company has expanded its service network to eight strategic locations, covering more than 35,000 square feet of operational area, while strengthening its workforce to enhance customer support capabilities.
During this period, GTPL achieved sales of 320 heavy-duty mining trucks, reinforcing market confidence in the company’s equipment and service solutions. Its active machine population has now crossed 2,000+ units across India’s mine logistics sector, reflecting sustained customer demand and a growing installed base requiring robust after-sales support.
The strong performance follows the company’s strategic partnership with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), under which it has been operating as an authorised channel partner for BharatBenz mining trucks since April 2025. Sales momentum has been driven primarily by demand from coal mining operations, infrastructure development projects, and aggregate movement across its Primary Area of Responsibility, including West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and other northern and northeastern states.
As part of its strategy to enhance customer proximity and service responsiveness, Gainwell Trucking inaugurated eight new locations in 2025 across key industrial hubs – Noida, Ahmedabad, Singrauli, Durgapur, Dhanbad, Jharsuguda, Anuppur, and Talcher. These centres function as integrated service facilities offering sales, after-sales support, spare parts depots, and service coordination capabilities.
Building on this expansion, the company plans to open two additional locations in Hazaribagh and Barbil in the coming months, further strengthening its national service footprint. GTPL’s Asansol flagship facility, set to become operational this quarter, will serve as a comprehensive service ecosystem featuring advanced repair workshops and a full parts inventory.
People remain a core pillar of Gainwell Trucking’s growth strategy and commitment to service excellence. The organisation currently employs 150 professionals across sales, service, operations, and support functions and plans to onboard 100 new team members in 2026. These hires will be strategically deployed across the expanded network to ensure enhanced customer support and equipment uptime.
Commenting on the company’s performance and strategic initiatives, Deepak Jolly, Whole Time Director & CEO, Gainwell Trucking Private Limited, said,
“Our recent performance reflects the trust our customers place in us and the dedication of our teams across locations. The expansion of our network and workforce underlines our long-term commitment to supporting customers with reliable equipment, faster service, and a strong on-ground presence. As India’s infrastructure and mining sectors continue their growth trajectory, Gainwell Trucking is positioned to be an indispensable partner in our customers’ success stories.”
Surabhi Chaturvedi, Director Operations, Gainwell Trucking Private Limited, further added,
“As we scale operations, our priority is building an agile, technology-enabled service ecosystem that anticipates customer needs rather than just responding to them. The talent we’re bringing on board will drive predictive maintenance capabilities, optimise machine utilisation, and reduce downtime, translating directly into better productivity and lower total cost of ownership for our customers.”
With India’s infrastructure development accelerating and mining sector activity remaining robust, the outlook for heavy commercial vehicles and mining equipment continues to remain positive. Gainwell Trucking is strategically positioned to capitalise on these opportunities through its expanding product portfolio, strengthened service network, established customer relationships, and reputation for reliability in demanding operating conditions.
