Escorts Kubota Ltd. will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for its new greenfield manufacturing facility on August 20, 2026, marking a major step in the company’s long-term manufacturing expansion strategy. The upcoming plant will be located in Sector-10 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) Industrial Area in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, close to the Noida International Airport.

The project is part of Escorts Kubota’s planned investment programme in Uttar Pradesh, aimed at creating a modern manufacturing hub for its agricultural and construction equipment businesses. The facility is expected to be developed in phases and will strengthen the company’s production capabilities while supporting future domestic demand and export opportunities.

The Yamuna Expressway region has emerged as a key industrial destination, with the new plant expected to benefit from its strategic connectivity, proximity to the upcoming international airport and access to an expanding logistics network. The project is also anticipated to generate significant direct and indirect employment while encouraging the growth of ancillary industries in the region.

In a regulatory filing, Escorts Kubota clarified that the groundbreaking ceremony is a corporate event and that no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed during the programme, in line with SEBI’s disclosure requirements. The new manufacturing facility is expected to play an important role in supporting the company’s long-term growth plans and enhancing its manufacturing footprint in India.
