Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth approximately Rs 840 crore to Tata Projects for its newly launched ultra-luxury residential development, Elan The Statement, located in Sector 49, Gurugram. The appointment of Tata Projects reflects a shared emphasis on quality-driven execution, engineering excellence, and long-term value creation.
The contract award follows a strong market response to the project, underscoring continued demand for high-end, design-focused residential developments in one of Gurugram’s most premium and rapidly evolving residential micro-markets.
Elan The Statement represents a planned investment of nearly Rs 1,600 crore and is being developed over close to six acres within a well-established residential corridor. The project further strengthens Elan Group’s presence in the ultra-luxury housing segment and adds a significant residential landmark to its growing premium portfolio in Sector 49.
The development will feature five architecturally distinctive towers offering expansive residences with super built-up areas ranging from approximately 4,285 sq ft to 7,270 sq ft. Each tower has been designed with a two-residences-per-core layout, private lift lobbies, refined interior specifications, and a strong focus on privacy and exclusivity.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architectural firm Benoy, London, the project is characterised by a contemporary metal-and-glass façade, an uncommon architectural expression in the region giving the development a unique visual identity on Gurugram’s skyline.
