Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has bagged a major order worth ₹276.06 crore from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the upcoming Khavda transmission project in Gujarat. Under this contract, the company will supply 7,668 km of AL-59 Zebra conductors, a critical component for high-capacity power transmission lines.
The order has been placed by a domestic client and will be executed on a kilometre-rate basis, incorporating a price variation clause to accommodate market fluctuations. According to the company, the project is targeted for completion by 23 November 2026.
This contract marks a significant boost to Diamond Power Infrastructure’s project pipeline, reinforcing its position in India’s rapidly expanding power transmission and renewable energy evacuation network. The Khavda region is emerging as one of the country’s largest renewable energy hubs, and this supply order underscores the growing demand for advanced transmission solutions to support grid integration.
