CPCL honoured at NHAI Raajmarg InvIT listing for technical consultancy contributions.

Chaitanya Projects Consultancy Limited (CPCL) has been honoured by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari for its technical consultancy contributions during the listing of NHAI’s Raajmarg InvIT on the stock exchange, highlighting its role in India’s highway asset monetisation programme.

The recognition was awarded in acknowledgement of CPCL’s involvement in providing technical due diligence and consultancy services for multiple national highway assets included under the InvIT framework. These projects span key corridors across states such as Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, forming part of the broader effort to monetise operational highway assets and attract private investment.

The Raajmarg InvIT listing itself marked a significant milestone, with the issue size of around ₹6,000 crore witnessing strong investor response and listing at a premium, reflecting growing confidence in India’s infrastructure monetisation model.

CPCL’s recognition also follows its recent achievement of securing the top position in NHAI’s first-ever DPR (Detailed Project Report) consultants ranking, where it scored 80.75 out of 100, outperforming over 50 competing firms.

Commenting on the development, the company highlighted that the honour reflects its two decades of experience in highway infrastructure consultancy, covering services such as feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, material assessments, and construction supervision.

Over the years, CPCL has established itself as a key player in India’s infrastructure ecosystem, with expertise spanning highways, bridges, transportation, urban infrastructure, and renewable energy, supporting large-scale national projects through technical precision and execution capabilities.

The recognition underscores the increasing importance of specialised engineering consultancy in enabling efficient execution, quality assurance, and financial structuring of large infrastructure projects under evolving models such as InvITs and asset monetisation frameworks.
