Ceigall India Limited has secured a ₹225 crore Letter of Award (LoA) from the Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (HPSIDC) for the development of a Bulk Drug Park at Una, Himachal Pradesh. The order covers Phase-I infrastructure works, including formation cutting, internal roads, storm water drains, a bridge and fencing.
The contract has been awarded as an item-rate contract and carries a performance security requirement of 3 per cent of the contract value. The project is scheduled to be completed within 18 months. The ₹225 crore award includes GST and is a domestic order.

The project will provide essential infrastructure for the Bulk Drug Park, with the scope covering road connectivity, drainage systems, bridge construction and associated site development works. The order also expands Ceigall India’s portfolio beyond its established highway and road construction business into industrial infrastructure. The latest award adds to the company’s growing project pipeline across different geographies and infrastructure segments. Ceigall India said the order reflects its expanding presence in projects supporting industrial development and strengthens its broader pan-India infrastructure portfolio.
