Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at approximately ₹537 crore (excluding GST) from TenX Realty Limited, acting on behalf of Raymond Limited.
The contract involves the construction of “Towers F, G, and NTA” along with a “Retail Building” under the Address by GS-3 Project and Invictus-2 Project located at Thane (West).
The order further strengthens Capacit’e’s association with Raymond Limited’s Realty Division, with TenX Realty Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited awarding the project.
