Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has bagged a repeat order worth ₹1,518 crore (excluding taxes and cess) from Hubtown Limited for the construction of “25 Downtown”, an ultra-luxury residential development in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.
The prestigious project includes the development of four super high-rise residential towers in the ultra-luxury segment. Designed with world-class amenities, the development will feature a modern clubhouse, lavish penthouses, and panoramic views of the Willingdon Golf Course and the Arabian Sea, offering residents an exclusive lifestyle experience.
