Aeroflex Industries has approved a combined capital expenditure of ₹202 crore to expand its stainless steel (SS) Hose and Braiding division and Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies division. The projects are expected to be completed in phases by March 2028 and will increase production capacity across both businesses.
The company will invest ₹124 crore in its SS Hose and Braiding division, increasing annual capacity from 20 million metres to 30 million metres. The expansion also includes a new assembly plant designed to convert 70-75% of hoses and braids into assemblies.
A further ₹78 crore has been allocated to the Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies division. The investment will increase annual capacity from 15,000 to 30,000 units through additional manufacturing infrastructure. Aeroflex has already enhanced capacity in this division to 12,000 units, with the remaining 3,000 units expected to be completed by December 2026.
The combined investment will be funded through internal accruals, equity and bridge loan financing. The expansion is intended to strengthen production capabilities in industrial flexible hoses and liquid cooling assemblies.
Aeroflex’s capacity expansion comes as it develops its presence in liquid cooling solutions alongside its established hose manufacturing business. The additional facilities are expected to support higher production volumes across both divisions once commissioned.
