Q.For India’s construction to be at par with world standards, what are the grey areas that the fraternity and Government should look at?

Infrastructure is a critical factor that needs to be improved in order to support the growth and development of the industry. This includes investing in new projects as well as maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure. Additionally, regulation and oversight of the industry should be improved in order to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards and with transparency and integrity. The adoption of new technologies, such as prefabrication and modular construction, can also help to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Developing a skilled workforce through training and education programs is also important, as is a focus on sustainable building practices and materials in order to meet the demands of a growing population. Q.What is MB Crusher’s core values and kindly shed some light on MB Crusher’s footprints. MB Crusher is a leading provider of heavy equipment attachments, with a focus on delivering innovative and reliable crushing and screening solutions to its customers. Established in 2001, the company is headquartered in Fara Vicentino, Italy, and has a global presence through its 9 subsidiaries and a dealer network that spans over 150 countries. At MB Crusher, we are committed to upholding our core values of accountability, competence, and dedication in all of our business endeavours. Q.What are the latest trends in the construction equipment market and what are the challenges faced by the construction equipment industry? There is a focus on sustainability, with manufacturers developing products that are more energy-efficient and have a lower environmental impact. This includes the use of electric and hybrid technologies, as well as sustainable materials and practices in the production process. Another trend is the increasing digitization of the industry, with the adoption of technologies such as IoT, big data, and automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Modular construction is also becoming more popular, leading to demand for equipment specifically designed for this type of construction. Additionally, there is strong demand for construction equipment due to infrastructure investment around the world. However, the construction equipment industry faces several challenges, including the high cost of equipment, which can be a barrier for smaller companies or contractors, as well as a shortage of skilled labor in the industry. There is also increasing competition from lower-cost manufacturers, particularly in emerging markets. Finally, the industry is under pressure to reduce its environmental impact, which is driving the adoption of more sustainable technologies and practices. Q.What are the challenges that the CE industry is facing and how can they be resolved? Some of the main challenges currently facing the construction equipment (CE) industry include a shortage of skilled labor, rising material costs, increased competition, changing regulations, and limited access to financing. To address the shortage of skilled labor, companies can invest in training programs and initiatives to attract and retain skilled workers. To mitigate the impact of rising material costs, companies can use our crusher buckets to become independent and create own material or reuse waste demolished material. To stay competitive, companies need to focus on differentiating themselves through innovative products, excellent customer service, and effective marketing. To comply with changing regulations, companies need to stay informed about changes and implement effective compliance programs. To overcome limited access to financing, companies can explore alternative financing options such as leasing, rent-to-own arrangements, or crowdfunding. Q.Tell us about your commitment towards the construction equipment manufacturing industry in India & your strengths to achieve your targets.

One of our major strengths is our market share and product quality. We take pride in the fact that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and we work hard to ensure that they are up to the task of tackling the most demanding construction projects. For example, our jaw plates contain 18-22% manganese, which is a self-hardening material that helps to ensure their durability and longevity. With this attention to detail and our extensive technical knowledge, we have been able to achieve more than a 90% market share in the Indian crusher bucket market. Additionally, our drum cutters feature a Direct Drive Twin Motor System that distributes the force of two drums according to the power required, making them highly efficient and effective at cutting through tough materials. We are constantly seeking out new opportunities to learn and grow, and we are committed to staying at the forefront of technological developments and best practices in the field. Q.Do you think India has the potential to progress to the 2nd largest construction equipment industry in the world by 2030? We believe that India has the potential to become the second largest construction equipment industry in the world by 2030. The Country’s rapid development and growing population have increased demand for infrastructure projects, which the government has supported through investments in roads, railways, ports, and airports. India’s construction equipment industry is also supported by a well-established supply chain, and favourable business environment. These factors, combined with the industry’s expected growth, suggest that India has the potential to achieve this position in the coming years. Q.What is the main purpose of the company’s participation in BAUMA India 2023, and what are the expectations you have from this mega event? There is expected to be high traffic for the Bauma Conexpo event due to the anticipation of new technology, models, and opportunities. Both attendees and suppliers are eager to participate in an event that combines education and transaction opportunities. The construction and mining sectors in India are expected to continue growing, leading to increased demand for mobile crushing solutions such as crusher buckets, which can improve efficiency and productivity on job sites through their mobility and ability to process and recycle materials on site. Attending the event allows us to gain exposure in the construction equipment industry and make connections with professionals and customers in the field. With that being said, we take the chance to invite all the attendees to join us at the Event, at our Booth No. O.F10 to see MB Crusher’s crushing, screening and trenching solutions and our Live Demos!
