Kalpataru Projects International all set to sell its stake in Vindhyachal Expressway for Rs 755 cr

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 100 per cent stake in Vindhyachal Expressway for Rs 775 crore with Actia Atlantic Holdings.

The tenure of sale is directed to necessary approvals and is expected to complete within 15 months from the date of signing the pact.

 

KPIL has entered into this new agreement for sale of its entire 100 per cent stake in Vindhyachal Expressway Pvt Ltd. The evaluated enterprise value of the deal is approx Rs 775 crore.

 

KPIL is one of the largest specialized EPC companies which is engaged in Power Transmission and Distribution, railways, oil and gas pipeline, buildings and factories and among others.
