NBCC secures two construction contracts totalling nearly ?720 crore in Hyderabad and Jhansi
The company has secured several significant contracts recently. The first, valued at ?9.97 crore, is from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. This project involves demolishing the existing building of its Hyderabad Chapter at Anand Nagar Colony to construct a new facility. The second contract, worth ?710 crore, comes from the Jhansi Development Authority. It pertains to the development of two land parcels in Jhansi on a self-sustainable basis. On Friday, August 9, the company announced a major win: an order worth ?15,000 crore from the Srinagar Development Authority. This project is nearly half of NBCC’s market capitalization of ?33,000 crore. It involves the development of a satellite township spanning 406 acres at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, and Srinagar.
