Our primary focus of machine designing is satisfactory performance, easy operation & maintenance and good working life, using reputed and high quality components and latest technological developments. We also try to decrease power loss to maximize fuel efficiency. Our all machines are Tested and Approved by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

Couple of years ago, we developed asphalt paver Model VP-05-D for paving on parabolic surface and it gave us great opportunity to study the nature & geometry of parabolic surface and problems faced while paving and rolling on curved surfaces. Due to our experience in providing paver for paving on parabolic surface, we got opportunity to develop compaction equipment for compacting parabolic surface.

It was definitely a great challenge but due to our continuous involvement in machine designing, development and from our enriched field experience, we had confidence in developing Tandem Rollers and Pneumatic Tyre Roller. After several attempts in design and development, we had a product on which we had confidence on its performance. Our Tandem Roller Model UT-45 and Pneumatic Tyre Roller Model UNTR-7 are indigenously designed and developed by us specifically for parabolic surface and to our firm belief there is no other manufacturer with this design technology.

We gathered appreciation from the client’s team members as we are able to design, manufacture and commission all of these machines in a reasonably short time span. It is a matter of proud to offer ready solution of paving as well as compaction for Parabolic Surface.

We wish to add value to ongoing and upcoming Test Track projects in India and abroad with our experience and dedication to work. For it, we are ready to provide customizable special solutions for parabolic road surface projects as per the customer requirements. We are working to provide supporter vehicle when paving and compacting machines are working on slope.
