ADDA - The Apartment SuperApp
The Apartment SuperApp is a must have for Apartment Residents. All information about their apartment is in one place, they can communicate online with neighbours, request help from Association office, book & utilise common facilities of the community, pay maintenance dues, find maids, local offers and much more! This App is fully integrated with the ADDA SaaS platform which is for the Community Administration - the Association or the Developer. The SaaS platform consists of
1) ADDA ERP which has Accounting, Asset Management etc.,
2) ADDA GateKeeper which is the Gate Management App and

The Genesis: This unique platform was incepted in 2009 by Sangeeta (San) Banerjee and Venkat Kandaswamy and has its headquarters in Bangalore and Mumbai. The inspiration for ADDA came when they experienced first-hand, being a part of their own apartment complex’s management committee, the problems faced in managing an Apartment Complex: supervising the management of crores of property, lakhs of finance, owner’s queries and multiple enterprise vendors. Apartment buildings are usually managed by an association called management committee (MCs) formed by certain residents who volunteer their time amidst busy career and family demands for such activities. MCs in 2009, used multiple excel sheets, google/yahoo groups, offline registers, offline softwares and other ad hoc solutions for managing apartment complexes; thus spending a lot of time and effort, yet ending up not able to manage their complex efficiently. When San & Venkat saw that there were no comprehensive solutions available both in and outside India to help MCs, they started developing ADDA, positioned to be the one stop solution for all needs of an Apartment Resident. ADDA, has evolved significantly over the last 10 years. From being a private social network and helpdesk for gated communities, the company has now progressed into a platform that caters to all requirements needed for running any residential complex. The product model: The company works on a SaaS model.
