Palfinger India has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TVS Mobility Group as part of plans to grow its lifting solutions business in India.
Under the agreement, TVS Mobility Group will act as a partner in promoting and distributing Palfinger’s range of lifting equipment across the country, with a focus on strengthening market presence and enhancing customer support capabilities.
The collaboration covers Palfinger’s offerings in mobile and industrial lifting solutions, including truck-mounted cranes, loader cranes and other material handling equipment. Both companies said the partnership is designed to tap into India’s growing infrastructure, industrial and logistics sectors.
As part of the arrangement, TVS Mobility Group will leverage its network and service ecosystem to support sales, after-sales service and spare parts availability for Palfinger’s products. The alliance is expected to improve responsiveness to customer requirements and expand reach into new regional markets.
Representatives from both organisations said the partnership marks an important step in deepening business engagement and delivering enhanced value to end users through improved product availability, technical support and service infrastructure.
The MoU lays the groundwork for joint initiatives in market development, training programmes, service centre expansion and customer engagement activities, helping to drive adoption of lifting solutions across diverse applications.
Both Palfinger India and TVS Mobility Group indicated that further strategic plans and implementation details will be rolled out as part of the partnership.
