Prozo has commissioned its largest multi-client fulfilment centre with the launch of a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. enterprise-grade warehouse at Horizon Industrial Parks in Gurugram, Haryana. The new facility becomes Prozo’s sixth multi-client warehouse in Haryana, its eleventh in northern India, and the largest among its multi-client sites nationwide, strengthening a rapidly expanding network of more than 50 fulfilment centres spanning over 3 million sq. ft.
Positioned as a model warehouse for North India, the facility combines high-spec infrastructure with Prozo’s proprietary technology platform to support complex, high-volume operations for enterprise, retail, and direct-to-consumer brands. The hub is designed for omnichannel fulfilment, enabling seamless integration across multiple sales channels while maintaining speed, accuracy, and operational consistency.
The warehouse is equipped with advanced conveyor systems, chutes, and automated material-handling solutions to accelerate inventory movement and support high throughput. Operations are managed through Prozo’s enterprise-grade warehouse management systems, offering real-time visibility, multi-channel order orchestration, and integrated safety and compliance frameworks.
Commenting on the launch, Dr Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO of Prozo, said the facility represents a significant step in scaling fulfilment infrastructure to meet the demands of large and globally recognised brands. He noted that the new hub allows tighter control over diverse order flows, supports sharper process design, and strengthens the technology-led architecture of Prozo’s national network as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
Located within a key industrial and logistics corridor, the Horizon Industrial Park facility enhances connectivity to major consumption centres while improving network resilience and service continuity. The site supports Prozo’s broader capacity expansion programme and is expected to reduce operational bottlenecks for fast-growing, multi-channel brands.
Over the past year, Prozo has stepped up investments in service-level agreement intelligence, automated reporting, and integrated multi-channel order management across its network. The new Gurugram facility is fully aligned with these capabilities, further advancing the company’s focus on precision-led logistics at scale.
Prozo serves a wide range of clients across FMCG, consumer electronics, healthcare, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle segments. Its customer portfolio includes brands such as Reliance, TMRW (Aditya Birla), Tira, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Neemans, Comet Shoes, Bata, Relaxo, and VIP (Caprese), among others.
With the addition of this facility, Prozo continues to strengthen its position as a technology-driven fulfilment partner, offering brands a scalable and future-ready logistics ecosystem built on visibility, reliability, and operational engineering.
