Adani Realty, the real estate arm of the Adani Group, has appointed Siddharth Kumar as Senior Manager – Marketing. In his new role, he will head marketing and brand strategy initiatives for the National Capital Region (NCR), with a focus on accelerating growth and reinforcing the company’s brand presence in one of India’s most competitive real estate markets.
Siddharth brings over 14 years of experience in real estate marketing, with strong expertise in brand building, product positioning, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Adani Realty, he spent nearly three years at Whiteland Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in the launch of Westin Residences Gurugram. The project, developed in collaboration with Marriott International, is among the largest branded residences developments in the country.
His professional journey also includes key roles at M3M India, Elan Group, and Alchemist Marketing, where he worked extensively on insight-driven marketing strategies and large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects.
Commenting on his appointment, Siddharth Kumar said he is excited to join Adani Realty, describing the brand as one that stands for trust, excellence, and expertise. He added that the NCR region presents significant opportunities and expressed his intent to leverage his experience to build compelling brand narratives and deliver enhanced value to customers.
