E to E Transportation Infrastructure has won a ₹27.35 crore contract from South East Central Railway (SECR) for signalling and telecommunication work associated with the construction of the fourth railway line between Durg and Durg Link Block stations in Chhattisgarh, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Under the agreement, the firm will install and commission signalling and telecom systems, including a Distributed Electronic Interlocking (DEI) at Durg station, which will be integrated with the Durg Link Block station, both falling under the Raipur Division of SECR. The scope of work also covers all related telecommunication infrastructure required for safe and efficient operations on the newly laid fourth line.
The project is slated to be completed within an 18-month period, according to the filing. As part of the contract conditions, E to E Transportation Infrastructure is required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5 % of the contract value (₹1.37 crore) within 21 days of signing.
The order was secured through competitive bidding by a domestic government entity and is not a related-party transaction, the company clarified.
The contract win comes soon after the company’s stock market debut, with shares listed on the NSE SME platform on January 2, 2026. On its first day of trading, the stock opened at ₹330.60, trading at a premium of around 90 % over its issue price of ₹174.
E to E Transportation Infrastructure specializes in engineering, signalling, telecommunications and system integration services for Indian Railways and metro rail projects, covering areas such as track systems, private sidings, and advanced rail technologies.
