GPT Infraprojects emerges as L1 bidder for ₹670 crore NHAI elevated road project in Jodhpur under Hybrid Annuity Model
GPT Infraprojects, along with consortium partner ISCPPL, becomes the lowest bidder for a ₹670 crore NHAI four-lane elevated road project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

GPT Infraprojects Limited has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for a major National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) infrastructure project valued at ₹670 crore. The bid was submitted by GPT Infraprojects in consortium with ISCPPL, under the joint name GPT-ISCPPL.

The awarded contract encompasses the construction of a four-lane elevated road in Jodhpur city, Rajasthan. The elevated corridor will span approximately 7.6 kilometres, stretching from Mahamandir (chainage 0+000) to Akhaliya Chouraha (chainage 7+633). The project is planned to be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), a structure adopted by NHAI to balance execution risk and financial commitment between the authority and the concessionaire.

This order win further strengthens GPT Infraprojects’ position in the highways and urban road infrastructure segment. The elevated road is expected to significantly improve traffic flow and connectivity across key junctions in Jodhpur, which serves as an important urban and commercial centre in the region.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company disclosed the development through an exchange filing, confirming that the project was declared on December 22, 2025. The construction work is subject to standard approvals and procedural clearances applicable to NHAI contracts.

Market reaction to the announcement was positive, with GPT Infraprojects’ share price seeing an uptick following the news of the award.
