Adani Group joins hands with Autodesk in a three-year strategic collaboration to digitalize infrastructure, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable innovation.

The Adani Group has entered into a landmark three-year strategic collaboration with Autodesk, a global leader in design and digital construction solutions, to accelerate its digital infrastructure journey. The partnership will see the deployment of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and the introduction of Building Information Modelling (BIM) advisory services across Adani’s businesses in India and abroad.

This alliance underscores Adani’s vision of developing a digitally connected, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure ecosystem, aligning with the company’s long-term growth strategy. By integrating Autodesk’s advanced digital tools, Adani aims to establish a unified data environment creating a single source of truth that connects diverse project teams, enhances transparency, and streamlines coordination across all stages of project delivery.

Through the adoption of ACC, Adani will strengthen project predictability, improve efficiency, and encourage innovation through the use of artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The collaboration also focuses on building internal BIM capabilities, standardizing processes, and implementing group-wide training, leadership sessions, and partner enablement programs to strengthen digital skills across the organization.

“Seamless collaboration and connected data are critical to executing complex infrastructure projects at scale. By partnering with Autodesk, we are harnessing world-class technology to unify teams, enhance project visibility, and accelerate decision-making across our diverse business units. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver sustainable, high-quality infrastructure efficiently, setting a new benchmark for design-led innovation across the Adani ecosystem,” said K. S. Rao, CEO, Adani Infra India Ltd.

“The Viksit Bharat 2047 vision is about designing and making a better future for India and that’s exactly what this partnership with the Adani Group represents. Together, we’re leveraging Autodesk’s Design and Make Platform to power a digital ecosystem that drives smarter, more sustainable growth setting new benchmarks for how India designs and builds to meet the needs of today and tomorrow,” said Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President, India & SAARC, Autodesk.
This collaboration marks a major step forward in Adani Group’s flagship initiative “Parivartan”, which aims to digitalize the entire project lifecycle across its infrastructure portfolio. By creating a fully integrated digital ecosystem, the initiative will redefine operational efficiency, enhance collaboration, and establish new standards in sustainable infrastructure development across sectors.
