Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹161.02 crore from East Coast Railway for upgrading signalling infrastructure in the Khurda Road (KUR) Division. The order involves the provision of Multi-Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) systems to enhance reliability in the Automatic Block Signalling (ABS) section from MZY to KUR, along with signalling-related modifications at several stations.

Under the contract, RVNL will undertake the provision of MSDAC at RJGR, JRZ, SSPR, DNKL, HND and TLHD stations of the KUR Division.
