Highway Infrastructure Limited Secures ₹28.69-Crore NHAI Toll Operations Contract on NH-44

Highway Infrastructure (“HIL”), an integrated infrastructure
development and management company with strong capabilities across Toll Operations, EPC
Infrastructure and Real estate, is pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
valued at Rs. 28.69 crores from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the operation
and collection of user fees at the Kozhinjipatti Fee Plaza located on the Dindigul–Samayanallur
section of NH-44 in Tamil Nadu.

The scope of the contract includes toll collection operations along with the upkeep and maintenance of
adjacent facilities, including recouping consumable items, over a period of 90 days. Positioned on the
Dindigul–Samayanallur stretch of NH-44, the Kozhinjipatti Fee Plaza benefits from its strategic location
on India’s longest national highway. The corridor provides critical connectivity to Madurai and southern
Tamil Nadu, serving a diverse mix of passenger, freight and tourism traffic, thereby supporting sustained
tolling activity

Beyond strengthening HIL’s operational portfolio, the contract enhances revenue visibility and expands
the company’s geographic footprint in South India. With a proven execution track record across multiple
states, the Company remains well positioned to capitalize on opportunities arising from India’s
expanding road infrastructure sector.
